How do you feel when you think these positive thoughts about yourself? Do these notions make you feel happy, confident, proud? Hold onto these affirmations and use them! Make it a practice to consciously boost your own self-esteem by reiterating that you are the things that you want to be, and in time you’ll begin to see a real transformation in yourself and your life.
